Return Policy

Exchanges or Returning for in-store credit is only available on Your Sisters Closet collections (excluding jewelry & footwear). Items must be brought back within seven days from purchase date and be in the same condition as when purchased. For all returns, Tags must be attached and a text or email receipt for proof of purchase is required.

Sale items are Final Sale

All other vendor items, Marketplace items, and accessories are Final Sale.

For online purchase, items that fall within the policy above can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Items must be shipped back to worn studios within seven days from the date the item was delivered. Shipping will not be paid by Worn Studios.

Local Pick-ups

Item(s) will be available for pick-up once notified by email. All local pick-ups are available in studio at 915 9 avenue SE during business hours. Please check our Instagram bio or refer to our hours on google for the most up to date hours.

Items are eligible for an exchange or store credit within the 7 days from the purchase date, not the pick-up date.

If items are not picked up within 7 days following the purchase date, they will be considered final sale & you will not be able to exchange items &/or receive Store Credit.

Items must be picked up within 90 days or they will be donated.

Local Pick-ups & Delivery Returns

If you would like to exchange or get store credit for your any item(s), It is up to the customer to make sure the item(s) are returned to the store witin 7 days of purchase and/or delivery. We will require an order number or receipt, and tags attached. Once item(s) are returned and checked over to make sure they are in the same condition as purchased, the customer will be given a store credit with no expiry that can be used on the site to exchange items or they can choose to use the credit in-store at Worn Studio immediately

(please note items purchased online may only be exchanged for YSC collections in-store and no other vendors)

Out of City Returns

Items must be mailed back within 7 days following the date you received your item(s). Shipping cost must be covered by the customer. Once item(s) are delivered and checked over, the customer will be given a store credit that can be used on the site to exchange items.

Local Delivery

Tracking information is provided via email once your package ships. If item is delivered by hand, you will be notifed once it has been delivered. It is up to the customer to make sure items are brought in safely. In the case that a package were to be taken, we will not be held liable or be able to issue a refund. If this is a concern, there is a free pick-up option.
